How do I claim?

If you are subject to an enquiry or compliance visit from HMRC it is important that you notify us immediately by calling us or e-mailing a copy of the correspondence from HMRC, your Policy Details (including your Policy number) and your accountant’s contact details to the claims department.  We will then issue a claim form directly to your accountant and liaise with them in respect of authorising and making payment in respect of their fees.

Note: It is important that your accountant does not undertake work without our Claims Department’s prior authorisation.  Any fees incurred without our prior authorisation are not covered by this insurance.  It is therefore important that you notify immediately and prior to your accountant doing any work.
